What do you like best about Leapsome?

I find Leapsome very easy to understand and use. It's user-friendly and helps me a lot with setting up my career growth. I also like how it helps me keep track of my goals by defining metrics and actions, and it shows me how I'm doing. The initial setup was very easy and super intuitive. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Not a lot. This is just a personal preference, but I would give the "Instant feedback" tool a bit more prominence, should be considered the glue that keeps everything together when it comes to culture. What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like that Leapsome compiles and consolidates everything in one place, providing a standardized and cohesive tool for managing relationships between managers and direct reports. It's really helpful having it all in one singular tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

The only major or core area of improvement I have for Leapsome is the meeting notes feature. It's not super intuitive when it comes to how notes from previous meetings are carried over into new meetings. I've also noticed that notes from previous meetings are being pulled erroneously into new meetings.
